Post Production Supervisor

His earliest work, a sixth grade Super 8 film, The Witch of X-10, showcased his own stunts. Most recently his stunt work included sliding down a cliff face surrounded by baby rattlesnakes. Also a sci fi film, this one with a spaghetti western feel to it...Robot Killer: Cold Trail.

Ashby began making movies professionally in 1995. For the past 16.5 years he's been neck deep in every aspect of Post Production. He has been the lead Finisher for International Broadcast Commercials and has worked with Agencies as a Flame Artist, an Editor, VFX and Retouch Compositor, Colorist, and all around "Fix it in Post" saver of the day - Deliver the impossible. You can still find him behind the camera as a Visual Effects Supervisor. He loves what he does; it radiates off him.

Keeper Of The Books

"It isn't what we say or think that defines us, but what we do." ~ Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility

“I like to think of myself as the sandbag to Kent’s hot air balloon.” - Leslie Wood

After earning a degree in Music from Virginia Tech in 2004, Leslie found herself at Paladin. She is the second longest-running employee, having been here since 2006. During her time here, she has worn just about every hat in the building. Her current hats are those of HR, Bookkeeping, Tax Accounting, Payroll, Communications Director, Cheerleader, and Queen of the World.  In addition to all this, she’s also “mom” at home to two wonderful kids and “wife” to a loving husband of 13 years.

FIn the 6th grade Kent was selected as a model for the iconic clothing line Farah. Modeling scouts visited his school, and asked if any of the boys had a 26 inch waist. Kent raised his hand and was awarded the job of walking the runway wearingrious Farah outfits. It was his first and only modeling job.
