The Challenge
Scitent, experts in helping companies grow their eLearning programs, needed to re-brand themselves as solutions providers — not just another eLearning program design company. As part of their new focus on a broader market of eLearning content creators, Scitent developed a new multi-tier service platform that also required branding. Crafting the right "message" could help Scitent expand their business from current non-profit clients and associations to for-profit businesses, and create confidence that Scitent could guide any company that has eLearning business opportunities.
The Solution
Paladin Media Group presented a plan that included two animated videos that use elements and color schemes of the Scitent corporate and product logos. The first video was structured to tell the corporate story, establishing Scitent as an expert in their niche, The second video made use of animation that was consistent with the first video, then incorporated testimonial interviews from satisfied customers. The second video was designed to introduce the new product mix and is used as a sales tool. Both videos included a professional voice-over and an underlying music track to drive the pace of the three minute finished videos. As an added marketing tool Google "ad words" campaigns were created by repurposing clips pulled from the videos.
The Results
Scitent launched it's new website incorporating the corporate promo video on its home landing page and the product introduction video on its products page. Feedback from the Scitent executive team has been very positive.
